Schweden Bomber

Well... this painting Needs some very good explaining...

First of all I am born I sweden, now living in Austria...

In Austrian German a Schweden Bombe is a small sweet / pastery wich is Covered with chocolate and filled with Cream...

But it really sounds like a swedish terrorist or bomber...

This is also a joke about that many in the western world see arabs, somalis, persians (especially if they are muslim)
as just Terrorists, here in Vienna the Love swedes (wich is really pleasent for me) when i go to the pub, they love to play Abba for me and talk about Olof Palme...

Here in Austria they have got plenty more paitient with foreigners like me that in my homeland sweden...
That is one of the things that make me love Vienna (austria)...

But I can´t help thinking sometimes if people would treat me just as well if I was an arab??? or a "Jugoslav" or a Turk???

My eyes are not Blue, my natural hair color is dark brown, my complexion is sligtly darker that the avvaredge "Swede" and "Austrian"... (especially when I am out in the sun at summer)

I hope and would like to hope that it doesn´t really matter that I am a swede???

...and anyway the Austrian are more open and nice to foreigners than the avvarage swede...

but of cause there are Idiots everywere...

I do LOVE Vienna and I kind of Like my old homeland Sweden...
